一、个人简介
邹冬华，男，医学博士，研究员，博士生导师，美国马里兰大学访问学者。现为司法鉴定科学研究院培训交流处处长、鉴定质量负责人，兼任中国法医学会法医损伤学专业委员会委员、国家资质认定主任评审员、CNAS实验室认可技术评审员（实习组长）、能力验证技术专家、《法医学杂志》编辑等。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题共5项，上海市自然科学基金项目1项，参与国家级、省部级课题10余项，在国内外发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI收录论文20余篇，主编《法医病理学研究前沿》《法医病理医疗损害司法鉴定实务》等专著3部，副主编、参编专著10余部，参与制定行业标准3项，先后获上海市科技进步奖二等奖、三等奖及中国发明协会发明创业奖创新奖二等奖。
二、主要研究方向
从事数字化法医学研究，主要包括：虚拟解剖技术应用、交通事故数字化仿真重建、人体损伤生物力学研究等。

（2）国家自然科学基金项目，82171872，基于数字化仿真技术的交通事故二次成伤机制及死亡风险量化探索研究，2022.01-2025.12，56万，在研，主持。
（3）国家重点研发计划子课题，2022YFC3302002-3，交通伤智能化精准鉴识技术研究，2022.10-2025.09，59万元，结题，主持。
