一、个人简介
施妍，博士，研究员，博士生导师。司法鉴定科学研究院科研管理和成果转化处副处长，兼任上海市司法鉴定协会委员、公安部毒品监测管控与禁毒关键技术重点实验室委员。主持国家基金项目3项，国家“十四五”重点专项子课题2项。发表论文67篇，其中SCI收录35篇。主编专著1部、参编6部。荣获上海市扬帆计划青年科技英才、上海市东方英才称号，上海市司法行政工作先进个人荣誉，并获公安部科技进步奖二等奖1项、司法部司法鉴定科学研究院科技进步奖一等奖1项、司法部司法鉴定科学研究院优秀论文奖1项、上海市药学会优秀论文一等奖1项。获授权专利7项，制修订国家/行业标准10项。
二、主要研究方向
从事法医毒物学教学、科研及司法鉴定工作，主要研究方向：（1）体内新精神活性物质的精准鉴识及构效预测；（2）酒驾、毒（药）驾对驾驶能力的影响；（3）体内毒药物系统筛选及评价。

（1）国家自然科学基金项目，82271932，合成大麻素类新型毒品多层次精准构效鉴识及依赖性风险量化研究，2023.1-2026.12，52万，在研，主持。
（2）国家自然科学基金项目，81971789，芬太尼类新精神活性物质的鉴定技术、结构特征及毒性机制研究，2020.1-2023.12，55万，结题，主持。
（3）国家重点研发计划子课题，2022YFC3302003-1，新精神活性物质快速、高通量、智能化精准鉴识技术体系研究，2022.10-2025.09，130万元，施妍，结题，主持。
（4）国家重点研发计划子课题，2022YFC3300903-1，生物样品中合成大麻素及其代谢物的分析及评价研究，2022.10-2025.09，138万元，施妍，结题，主持。
